I have known Alison since high school. She has always been the sweetest and such a fun person to be around. When I first met her fiance Sam I knew immediately that he was perfect for her! He was a jokester right off that bat and spent their entire engagement session making Alison laugh!

We started off at Lincoln Memorial Gardens where we captured some great light and got to add their sweet puppy Macie into some shots. She is so excited that her humans are getting married! Then we headed to the docks at Lake Springfield since Alison grew up by the lake and her and Sam plan to get married overlooking it next summer. It was so fun to photograph them walking along the dock and taking in a beautiful sunset! 

These two were such a blast to hang out with that we ended up talking until way past dark, we had so much to catch up on! They’re the perfect mix of sweet and hilarious and I cannot wait to watch them become husband and wife next year!
