Courtney & Reed | Downtown Springfield, IL & Erin’s Pavilion Romantic Fall Wedding Photographer

Reed and Courtney’s wedding day was such a refreshing mix of colors, romance and fun! Courtney has a huge heart of gold and makes everyone around her feel so welcomed. Reed is a man of few words, but is so genuine and humbling to be around. I have enjoyed watching them on this journey of marriage for the past year now and am thankful to have been apart of such a special day.

Courtney was a stunning bride in her delicate antique beaded dress. She wore it perfectly alongside her beautiful bridesmaid’s burgundy and dusty pink dressed completely with touches of gold. True Colors Floral nailed it with Courtney’s cascading fall bouquet. The girls were so fun to hang out with in the beginning of the day and we spent a great amount of time photographing them outside of the gorgeous First Christian Church. The guys showed later, dapper in their vests. It is always a good time to photograph some laid back groomsmen!

Reed and Courtney’s ceremony was intimate and touching. The two of them wrote their own personal vows and spoke them among their closest friends and family. Afterwards, we explored downtown Springfield for some fun photos of the newlyweds and their bridal party!

Erin’s Pavilion was our last stop for their gorgeous reception! Having a Ball Productions decorated each table so beautifully and not a single detail was left out. Reed and Courtney ended their portraits with about 20 minutes of gorgeous gold hour light behind Erin’s Pavilion’s terrace. It was so fun to take a few minutes alone with them to hear their favorite parts about the day and breath in their first moments as husband and wife. I could not be more excited to have been apart of such a special day and I wish Reed and Courtney many many years of happiness!
