Wandering around the big city with Jenny and Nick was so much fun! They are both very adventurous souls who met at a rock climbing gym in the city–so it was perfect for their engagement session to include some adventure! It automatically felt like we were longtime friends as Jenny and Nick both have down to Earth, sweet personalities. I really loved exploring their city with them and taking their engagement photos!

We started at Lincoln Park and took advantage of the skyline views at the Nature Boardwalk. I really enjoyed this mix of city views with lush greenery. Then we went to Diversey Harbour to photograph them along the boats before venturing out towards Lake Michigan. I LOVED this spot and it was the perfect location. Nick proposed to Jenny in Florida along the water, so how fitting for their photos to be near on the beach of their very own home! I cannot wait for Jenny and Nick’s wedding next Spring and to hang out with them again!
