Jessi & John | Artisans Building Springfield, IL Dark Teal & Burgundy Fall Rustic Wedding Photographer

Jessi and John’s wedding day was an absolute dream to be a part of! They are two such beautiful, kind and amazing people and it is obvious how in love they are! Jessi did an amazing job in planning out every last detail or their special day. It was such a huge testament to her and John’s style, the perfect mix of modern and rustic. The colors were absolutely gorgeous and the perfect compliment to all of the fall colors!

The morning was so relaxing as the girls got ready in Jessi’s parents’ home. Her mom and grandmother helped her step into her dress and she shared an adorable first look with her dad before heading to the church she grew up in to finally marry John! Their ceremony was absolutely beautiful at Blessed Sacrament. Jessi’s dad walked his only daughter down the aisle to an emotional John, he looked so happy to finally see her! They entered into the sacrament of marriage, shared their first kiss as husband and wife and walked back down the aisle with the biggest smiles!

Afterwards, we spent the afternoon photographing Jessi and John with their families and then with their bridal party. Everyone was so much fun and so easy to work with! We found some gorgeous fall colors and truly just had the best time capturing Jessi and John in their first moments as Mr. and Mrs. Hammond!

Finally, we arrived at the artisans building for their reception. Create-A-Scene transformed the space gorgeously! The room was draped in beautiful florals and candlelight and complimented Jessi and John’s style perfectly. Their family and friends surrounded them all night as they celebrated becoming Mr. and Mrs. Hammond. There were a few tears during their emotional speeches, but tons of smiles and laughs as everyone danced through the night. I could not be happier for Jessi and John and wishing them a million years of happiness!
