Brooklyn and Cole experienced a ton of challenges leading up to their marriage. From covid shutting the world down, closing their venue and restricting gathering sizes, there were a ton of uncertainties surrounding their day. But Brooklyn and Cole did an amazing job adjusting and opted for a more simple wedding day with their closest family and friends in their hometown! The whole day was absolutely perfect and so much fun!
I have felt so lucky to capture Brooklyn and Cole’s family for a few years now. I even got to photograph the day that Cole proposed to Brooklyn on her grandfather’s farm. I just knew we would have to go back there for their wedding photos! So after their intimate ceremony in their hometown church we headed out for some fun shots with their bridal party. Their sweet boys joined us for a couple of shots and then we headed to their reception!
Even though they had to downsize significantly, their reception was absolutely gorgeous and their “smaller crowd” felt like a huge party celebrating the newlyweds! As the sun went down I took Brooklyn and Cole out for some quick sunset shots to end the day. It was so special getting to spend their important day with them. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Awe!
