Carmen & Shannon | Springfield, IL Long Bridge Golf Course Navy & Gold Fall Wedding Photographer

Carmen and Shannon had the most beautiful, intimate wedding day. They were surrounded by their closest friends and family and even though they had to make some cuts and do things differently, I think it turned out so special and so perfect! Carmen got to spend the morning relaxing with the girls in her life getting ready for her big day and Shannon spent it with his guys just hanging out and enjoying a couple drinks. They finally got to meet up at Longbridge Golf Course for a super sweet first look. There may have been a few tears shed as Shannon got to see his beautiful bride.

Their ceremony was incredibly sweet and they even had a few crashers watching from above! Carmen’s brother walked her down the aisle in memory of her late father and their wasn’t a dry eye in the house when he gave her away to Shannon. I just loved watching these two get married and finally making it official! Afterwards we got to spend some time with their bridal party traveling around the golf course and catching some gorgeous golden hour photos! It truly was the perfect timeline for photos of the adorable newlyweds! Just wait until you see all of the beautiful warm light!

Finally, we headed to such a unique space for their intimate reception–Shannon’s work! Goodenow Insurance Agency renovated the old Lincoln Library and it made for the perfect spot to host their celebration! Carmen and Shannon enjoy their wine, so the tables were decorated perfectly with wine bottles and corks. They enjoyed the night hosting dinner and drinks for their guests. It truly was an amazing celebration and I could not be happier for the new Mr. and Mrs. Elliott!
