Jessica & Jacob | Walnut Hall Estate Carrollton, IL Floral & Gold Summer Wedding Photographer

Jessica and Jacob’s wedding day was perfection! The weather was absolutely gorgeous for August and we had an amazing time celebrating the Smiths! We got to travel back to the beautiful Walnut Hall Estates for Jessica and Jacob’s big day. One of my favorite parts of this venue is the gorgeous, renovated farmhouse full of natural light and perfect spots for getting ready photos. Jessica and her bridesmaids spent the morning sipping mimosas and getting hair and make up done. Talk about the ultimate hype squad–Jessica’s bridesmaids kept cheering her on as she stepping into her dress with help from her mom. They had the cutest bridesmaids reveal before Jessica walked down the gorgeous staircase to first see her dad and then out to the front porch to share a first look with Jacob. She was emotional through them all, but she looked absolutely stunning and I was so excited to finally capture these two tying the knot!

We travelled to the church special to both Jessica and Jacob in a neighboring town for their ceremony. Jessica’s dad walked her down the aisle to a smiling Jacob and gave his daughter away. They had a beautiful Catholic Mass uniting them in marriage and they share their first kiss as husband and wife! Smiles were beaming from them as they were announced Mr. and Mrs. Smith!

After the ceremony, we headed back to Walnut Hall Estates for portrait time with Jessica, Jacob and their bridal party. Everyone was so much fun to hang out with and they all did a great job at making Jessica and Jacob smile and enjoy their photo time! Not to mention all of the amazing locations to take photos on the grounds of the venue.

The newlyweds threw an amazing celebration complete with delicious food, drinks and dancing inside the barn at Walnut Hall. Jessica and Jacob went to kindergarten through high school together, so it truly was a night full of their closest friends and family reminiscing on all the amazing times they have already had and will continue to have as they start their marriage journey. I loved being a part of capturing Jessica and Jacob’s big day and I am so excited to share more of it here! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Smith, I wish you so many years of love and happiness!
