Jon and Courtney’s relationship runs deep. These high school sweethearts have been together so long they seem to know every little thing about each other. During my time getting to know them they have shown nothing but love, honor and respect for each other. Jon makes Courtney laugh constantly and Courtney’s beautiful smile makes Jon smile. It was no surprise to me when the two of them had one of the happiest wedding days I have ever been apart of.

Their beautiful July day started off with a relaxing morning of getting ready with their separate parties. Courtney’s teacher side came out as she generously helped each of her bridesmaids get ready for the big day. All of her girls were so sweet and genuine. We had a great time laughing and getting some fun girl time photos. Courtney looked stunning in her all lace gown with an open back complimented with a gorgeous bouquet by Petals and Co.

Jon and Courtney exchanged their own vows in front of their friends and family and sealed they marriage with a kiss, all under the roof of the church they grew up in. Their guests sent them off with bubbles and our first stop – their very first home together! We took their first pictures as husband and wife on their own front yard and it couldn’t have been more perfect!

Lincoln Park welcomed us next and Jon and Courtney’s bridal party brought the fun. The reception was no different. The Artisan’s Building was gorgeously decorated in navy and pink touches. Jon and Courtney stayed on the dance floor the entire night with their all of their amazing friends and family celebrating! I am so happy I got to be apart of their beautiful day!
