Katie & Logan | Illini Country Club Maroon & Champagne Summer Wedding Photographer

I loved being a part of Katie and Logan’s wedding day! These two are so in love and so sweet together. They chose the beautiful Illini Country Club for their venue and it could not have been more perfect. Katie and Logan shared an emotional first look after they were both ready. Logan was brought to tears when he saw his gorgeous bride for the first time and Katie had the biggest smile on her face the entire time. Their bridal party surrounded them for photos helping them to relax and enjoy the day! We got portraits in just minutes before a small pop-up storm came though!

The storm cleared just in time for Katie and Logan’s intimate ceremony. Their ceremony was mostly family-only and was so sweet. Their officiant, Brenda, did an amazing job joining Katie and Logan as husband and wife and really making the ceremony so personal to them! Afterwards, we took advantage of the sunshine and grabbed some more portraits of Katie and Logan before they entered their reception. Katie did a quick shoe change to her cute Chuck Taylors (of course that matched her wedding colors!) and it was finally time to party!

I Do Events did an absolutely beautiful job transforming the space with lush florals and cute little touches. Katie and Logan threw an amazing celebration for their friends and family. The dance floor was packed with every song and it was truly such a fun night! I could not be happier for Mr. and Mrs. Tannahill and I am so excited to share more images from their special day!
