I first met Katrina when I started photographing her adorable niece and nephew many years ago. I just always loved chatting with her and was so excited last fall when she told me she got engaged to the guy she met through work. I had never met Josh, but she seemed so happy, I just knew he had to be perfect for her and I couldn’t wait to be their engagement and wedding photographer! Fast forward to their engagement session–we had a gorgeous spring day, so I met them first at Jim Edgar Panther Creek State Park for some seriously gorgeous backdrops. Then we travelled up the road just one town over to Katrina’s home where she has gorgeous views of twin ponds. The sunset was absolutely beautiful and I can see why they both enjoy spending so much time together there fixing up the land and making it home! Also, I can honestly say Josh IS absolutely perfect for Katrina! He spent the entire session (even after telling me he didn’t like pictures) making Katrina laugh and just cuddling her so close. I had so much fun getting to know him and capturing him making Katrina so happy. I cannot wait for their big day later this year and I am so excited to share more from their engagement session!
