Kristen & Cameron | The Ink House Edwardsville, IL Enchanted Industrial Spring Wedding Photographer

Photographing Kristen and Cameron’s wedding day was so special to me. I met Kristen when she was in high school and her mom hired me to photograph their family. I was very early in my career and I was so thankful she trusted me to capture her family. I went on to photograph Kristen’s senior photos before she graduated and fast forward to last year, after Cameron proposed to her while they were exploring Forest Park in St. Louis, Kristen asked me to be their wedding photographer and I couldn’t be more excited! Her and Cameron met during the pandemic and fell fast. They are seriously perfect for each other in every way and I was so excited to capture their wedding day!

They chose the Ink House in Edwardsville for their venue which was absolutely beautiful and a perfect space for them to welcome all of their close family and friends. The prediction was for clouds and wind throughout the day, but the sun decided to make an appearance giving way to a great spring day. After Kristen spent the morning getting ready with her best friends and mom, we traveled to Edwardsville so she could share a first look with Cameron. They were so sweet seeing each other for the first time, smiles never left their faces. They read private vows to each other and then it was time for portraits! Downtown Edwardsville had some great backdrops and their bridal party came along for some really fun shots!

Back at the Ink House, Kristen and her dad shared a first look before it was finally time to give his oldest daughter away. Kristen and Cameron’s ceremony was so sweet and intimate. Kristen’s high school piano teacher played the most beautiful music and their family friend married her and Cameron in front of their closest friends and family. They finally got their first kiss as Mr. and Mrs. Smith before dancing back down the aisle together! Afterwards, they hosted an amazing celebration full of yummy food, dancing and signature drinks named after their adorable kitties. I could not be happier for the newlyweds and am so excited to share more from their gorgeous spring wedding day! Congratulations Kristen and Cameron!
