Lanie & Ryan | Illini Country Club Springfield, IL Elegant & Simple Fall Wedding Photographer

I had been looking forward to Lanie and Ryan’s wedding day for awhile! Lanie and Ryan are both so sweet and so full of love and happiness, I just knew their wedding day would be a blast! The rain tried hard to ruin their day, but they didn’t let it and everything turned out so beautifully! Lanie was absolutely gorgeous in her gown and Ryan was stunned when he saw her for the first time at their first look! I loved capturing them together along with their bridal party who made the day so much fun!

Lanie’s aunt joined her and Ryan in marriage with the sweetest ceremony at Illini Country Club. They exchanged beautiful vows to each other which made everyone in the room cry and laugh all at the same time. It was such a special ceremony and they finally shared their first kiss as husband and wife!

Afterwards, we were blessed with a small break in the rain to capture some more portraits of them with the gorgeous golf course, and then it was time to enter their reception! Lanie and Ryan told me they just wanted to enjoyed their wedding day with all of their friends and family. I believe they did just that! Their dance floor was packed all night long while everyone celebrated the new Mr. and Mrs. Hillestad! I could not be happier for Lanie and Ryan and I am so excited to share more from their big day!
