Madison and Nathan told me they thought they were so awkward in front of the camera. Then they SHOWED UP for their session! I felt like I was hanging out with two old friends and had a blast getting to know them both. Thankfully they chose to take half of their engagement photos inside of the beautiful state capitol because it was about 20 degrees out. But they also killed the outdoor photos in the freshly blanketed snow. These two have deep roots in hockey and even had one of their first dates at a Blues game so I knew they could handle the cold flawlessly! Nathan kept Madison laughing the entire time and I loved photographing these two to celebrate their engagement. I cannot wait to see them again this fall for their wedding day!
