Madison & Rob | Springfield, IL Lavender and Grey Romantic Summer Wedding Photographer

There is something about a Friday wedding – the calm of a quiet park and the intimacy of the guests who make time to be there. Madison and Rob’s day moved so smoothly and carefree just like the couple they are. Madison is a girl with an enormously kind personality – she could make friends with anyone, anytime, anywhere. Hence the 12 bridesmaids she asked to surround her throughout the day. They were all so kind as well and so helpful. They made sure everything was perfect for Madison, down to every last detail. Rob is also a very nice, genuine and pretty much hilarious. After Madison and Rob shared a sweet first look together he did everything in his power to make sure him and his bride enjoyed the entire day. A smile literally never left her face and Rob’s jokes kept her laughing in all the photos!

We found the most gorgeous willow tree at Southwind Park for Madison and Rob’s formal shots. Their group of friends were so attentive and made photographing the bridal party so easy! Plus they had the sweetest little flower girls and ring bearers ever! From their intimate ceremony in Rob’s childhood church to their energetic dance floor once the reception started, the day could not have been more perfect. Madison and Rob were surrounded by so many close friends and family who loved them from start to finish. Hats off to Katie with Pink Anchor Events who knocked Madison’s lavender and grey decor out of the park. The reception space looked amazing and Katie was the reason the day ran so perfect!
