Olivia & Brayden | Carrollton, IL Rustic Farm Summer Wedding Photographer

I was blown away by all of the beautiful details of Olivia and Brayden’s wedding day! They both worked incredibly hard to fix up their own little farm to hold their ceremony on. Olivia thought of seriously everything and Brayden helped to bring it all together. They both worked so hard, even in the midst of a pandemic and not knowing for sure if they were even going to be able to hold their wedding. Thankfully, even though they had to cut back, it all worked out so perfectly and Olivia and Brayden finally became Mr. and Mrs.!

Olivia and her bridesmaids got ready in the cutest loft in downtown Carrolton. All of Olivia’s bridal details were so much fun to photograph and the space was such a dream to work in! Olivia’s bridesmaids were so amazing, helpful and sweet. One of her sisters did an amazing job on her make-up and I know she felt so loved the morning of being surrounded by such amazing ladies! It was finally time to marry the man of her dreams!

Olivia and Brayden’s wedding ceremony brought a few tears and lots of sweet loving moments. Everyone gathered on their adorable little farm under a group of huge oak trees. I am pretty sure Olivia shed some tears when she took her special walk with her dad and Brayden was so eager to meet his lovely bride at the end. They exchanged rings and sweet handwritten vows. Then they had an adorable tree planting ceremony where they took soil from each of their childhood homes and combined it to represent their uniting as one. They sealed their ceremony with a sweet kiss and rode off in their getaway car–a vintage Corvette!

Before heading to their reception we made a pit stop at their local bar to cheers the newlyweds and then brought them back to their farm for some really fun portraits! I loved the gorgeous door Olivia and Brayden hung on their barn so we obviously had to use it as a focal point, as well as their beautiful winding lane. Their bridal party was so much fun and kept the celebration going! I just loved this entire part of the day because portraits were just so easy with Olivia and Brayden (they are so photogenic!).

When we arrived at their reception their friends and family welcomed them with so many cheers and they got to enjoy the evening of food and drinks and dancing! It turned out to be such a perfect day and I could not be happier for the new Mr. and Mrs. Rhoads!
