After having to reschedule Sarah and Chris’s engagement session about 4 times due to extremely high winds, rain etc. we finally got a sunny day to capture this sweet couple. Of course, it ended up being about 95 degrees with what felt like 100% humidity, but they were ready to go so we went for it! Sarah and Chris met in college and instantly hit it off. Chris asked Sarah to marry him on the beach during a family vacation and of course she said yes!

I loved capturing them together for their engagement session. Their adorable dog, Louie joined us for some photos and he is literally the cutest goldendoodle boy ever–tongue hanging out and all! Even though it was a warm night, Sarah and Chris did a great job cuddling up and making each other laugh. I loved chatting and getting to know them more. I have been photographing Sarah’s sister’s family (and her adorable nieces) for many years and it was so fun finally getting to capture Sarah this time! I cannot wait for their wedding later this year but for now I am so excited to share more from their engagement photos!
