What a joyous day Kayla and Travis had! So many smiles, laughter and happiness filled the room all day long. Kayla and Travis are both amazing people with huge hearts. They were so welcoming to everyone who attended their celebration. Their families traveled from all over to be with them and it was so much fun to capture.

Kayla and Travis had gorgeous weather for their day. The morning started out so relaxed as the girls primped in the salon and the guys laid back hanging out. St. Paul’s church in downtown Kankakee was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect setting for their ceremony. Kayla and Travis exchanged vows and rings and sealed the deal with their first married kiss. After the ceremony, we loaded up the party bus and ventured around downtown for some awesome picture locations around downtown.

Manteno Golf Course hosted Kayla and Travis’s beautiful reception. The party started immediately with a sentimental blessing by Travis’s grandparents. He blessed them with a Samoan tradition wishing a long and happy marriage for the newlyweds. We got to venture on the golf course for some gorgeous golden hour light to finish up Kayla and Travis’s formals. This was the perfect moment for them to spend a few quiet minutes breathing the first hours of their marriage in and then finally they went back in to dance the night away. The dance floor was complete with a few more Samoan traditional dances followed by some awesome dance moves from Travis and Kayla’s family and friends.

It could not have been a more perfect day for Travis and Kayla and I wish them so many years of smiles, laughter and happiness!
