I have known Ashley for a very long time and I have gotten to see her over the years for her twin sister’s photo sessions where she helps to wrangle her niece! Ashley has a heart for helping and she is always around to lend a hand. I was so excited for her to finally get engaged to John and couldn’t wait to capture her engagement session! John surprised Ashley the same weekend she graduated from CRNA school with the piece of land they had been eyeing for weeks to build on one day. I immediately said yes when Ashley asked if we could take their engagement photos there!

I met them out in Rochester and we captured them on their land as well as their new neighbors beautiful pond. Ashley did such an amazing job with their outfits and brought along some adorable props to incorporate. John did a great job at keeping her laughing and I loved getting to know him a little more too! I cannot wait for their big day next Spring, I know it is going to be so much fun watching these two become Mr. and Mrs. Perry!
