Caitlin & Seth | Arlington’s Historic Venue Springfield, IL Chic Ivory & Sage Green Summer Wedding Photographer

Caitlin and Seth met on Bumble and fell for each other fast. They are both so kind and outgoing. I have known Caitlin since grade school and I was so excited to photograph her as a bride marrying the love of her life. Seth is a lucky man to be surrounded by sweet girls like Caitlin and their two daughters, Madelynn & Madilyn!

These two wanted a simple yet elegant wedding day with their closest family and friends and that’s exactly what they had. They spent the morning getting ready with their girls, Caitlin’s best friend and Seth’s sister. They met each other at Washington Park where Seth finally got to see his beautiful bride for the first time. His reaction was a beautiful mix of surprise, happy tears and smiles. He was completely smitten with Caitlin and it was adorable! Photos were very important to Caitlin and Seth, so we spent time capturing them in the at the park before heading to get them married!

Arlington’s was the perfect venue for Caitlin and Seth. Caitlin’s parents walked her down the aisle to Seth and their intimate ceremony was full of more happy tears and smiles. They both wrote beautiful, personal vows to each other and exchanged rings before shared a first kiss and heading back down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. Propst!

After cocktail hour, Caitlin and Seth shared an adorable first dance, indulged in a delicious horseshoe bar and celebrated the night with their family and friends. Before the evening ended, we took Caitlin and Seth back outside and captured them at golden hour right in downtown Springfield. It was the perfect end to their gorgeous day and I absolutely loved capturing them! I am so excited to share more of these two and could not be happier for them!
