Courtney & Jarrod | The Cannery Eureka, IL Neutral Modern Spring Wedding Photographer

Capturing the love and joy of Courtney and Jarrod’s wedding day was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived at the Cannery, we knew it was going to be a breathtaking day. The getting ready space was flooded with natural light, creating the perfect backdrop for Courtney to get ready with her bridesmaids. Courtney’s mom helped her step into her sleek satin gown with a pearl-studded train, she looked absolutely stunning! Jarrod got ready with his groomsmen, putting his final touches on his classic black suit. Then it was finally time for Courtney and Jarrod’s first look! When Jarrod caught his first glimpse of his bride, his emotions overflowed and they were both so happy to see each other. They chose to exchange personal vows during their first look which was also a really sweet moment. Then we moved on to capture their portraits, Courtney and Jarrod are total naturals in front of the camera!

After we took some portraits of Courtney and Jarrod, their bridal party joined us. Dressed in all black, their closest friends helped put the perfect final touches on Courtney and Jarrod’s classic wedding day look. The Cannery provided us with an abundance of beautiful photo spots and we truly had such a good time capturing this fun group!

As the ceremony began, emotions ran high. Courtney’s father, who was celebrating his 33rd wedding anniversary to Courtney’s mom the very same day, proudly walked his only daughter down the aisle. Both Courtney and Jarrod couldn’t hold back their tears of joy. Their romantic, candlelit ceremony was officiated by a close friend, adding a personal touch to their marriage. Courtney and Jarrod said “I do!”, shared a first kiss and walked back down the aisle as everyone celebrated Mr. & Mrs. Krofchick!

Courtney and Jarrod then welcomed their guests to a beautiful cocktail hour in the downstairs bar while the ceremony was breathtakingly transformed by Create-A-Scene. The reception space was filled with an abundance of flowers and candles, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere. Just as the sun began to set, we ventured out to an open field for some enchanting photos. This was such a special time for Courtney and Jarrod to just take in a few quiet moments before their celebration began.

The night was filled with laughter, love, and dancing as all of their guests gathered to celebrate Courtney and Jarrod. Courtney’s dad kicked off with a heartfelt speech followed by Jarrod’s brothers making everyone laugh and Courtney’s best friend telling sweet stories about their friendship. The dance floor remained packed all evening with everyone joining in the festivities and honoring this sweet couple. It was truly an unforgettable wedding, and I feel honored to have been part of capturing Courtney and Jarrod’s love story. Cheers to the Krofchicks!
