Kalea and Jordan’s wedding day was such a sweet and intimate event and I felt so lucky to be a part of it! They had originally planned to have a big wedding with all of their friends and family but when they realized that wasn’t possible, they shifted gears. Instead, they would say “I do” in Kalea’s parent’s backyard among 50 of their closest family and friends. It could not have been more perfect!

The rain even tried to spoil it for them in the morning not letting up until just before photo time. Kalea and her girls got ready at her parent’s house, relaxing and getting ready for a fun day of festivities. Jordan hung with his guys at a friend’s house before heading over to see his bride! Their first look was absolutely adorable in front of the house, both of them were very nervous but then completely melted in to each other once Jordan turned around. Kalea looked stunning in an all beaded gown with a beautiful train. They took the majority of their photos prior to the ceremony which was so much fun, especially on the front porch swing!

Kalea and Jordan’s ceremony was so sweet. Her dad built a beautiful pergola that they decorated with flowers for her and Jordan to get married under. They both laughed and cried as they got through their vows and exchanged rings as their parents and bridal party watched with pride. It was such a sweet ceremony and perfectly intimate just for them.

Afterwards we headed to the beautiful Incredibly Delicious garden for sweet newlywed photos of just Kalea and Jordan. These two really got to enjoy some quieter moments on their big day and I just loved that for them! Afterwards we made a quick pit stop at JP Kelly’s bar downtown Springfield. Since this is where Kalea and Jordan met, we had to get a few quick photos of them before heading back to Kalea’s parents.

Kalea and Jordan wanted to keep everything light and simple for their evening, so they enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and champagne toasts by some very special people, had their first dance, danced with their parents, and welcomed guests before making a grand exit. It was an absolutely perfect day filled with so much love for Kalea and Jordan. I am so excited to share images and could not be happier for Mr. and Mrs. Miller!
