Natalie and Zach met at their Alma Mater, Duke University. They ended up in the same course together and often got dinner together after class. Natalie says they just continued having dinner after the course ended and the rest is history! They both moved to Chicago after school to pursue further education–Zach to law school and Natalie to med school. Zach proposed to Natalie last year during a quick trip to Arizona to get away from the craziness that was 2020. Zach got down on one knee at Devil’s Bridge in Sedona and Natalie said “of course!”!

Natalie and Zach invited me up to Chicago for their engagement session. We checked out the beautiful University of Chicago, where Zach recently graduated with his law degree. It was so much fun to tour the campus and capture some photos of these two. I loved getting to know them better and they are total naturals in front of the camera! After UChicago, we headed to Olive Park for some beautiful skyline photos. The Windy City lived up to it’s name but Natalie and Zach took it so well! I am so excited to share the images from their engagement session and cannot wait for their big day next summer!
