Becky & Richie | The Homestead Springfield, IL Rustic Fall Wedding Photographer

Becky has been a friend of mine for many years. She is such a kind and generous person and I was super excited to be apart of her special day! Richie is her perfect match. It is so obvious being around these two how incredibly happy they make each other. They also have two adorable boys who looked so cute in their wedding day attire!

Becky and Richie’s day was so much fun. Richie is a huge Carolina Tarheels fan, so their sky blue color did not surprise me at all! I loved the classic black look they added with the groomsmen tuxes. Becky looked absolutely beautiful in her tulle ball gown and Richie definitely approved when tears filled his eyes as she walked down the aisle to him. The ceremony was spoken beautifully by some of Becky’s family members and the sweet pair sealed it with a kiss!

I loved photographing their bridal party with them after the ceremony was over. The homestead is such a beautiful venue with so many unique locations to photograph. I just adored this part of the day spending time with the newlyweds and capturing their day!

The reception started off with such a fun tribute and dramatic entrance of the bridal party with rally flags circling and Mr. and Mrs. Combs being announced for the first time. The day went by so fast but everything came together so perfectly and ended with all of Becky and Richie’s friends and family surrounding them on the dancefloor and celebrating their marriage! I am so happy for Backy and Richie and I cannot wait to share their images!
