I met Katie when she was a bridesmaid in Ashley and Branson’s wedding last summer and I remember her being so sweet and so helpful. I was just ecstatic when I saw she got engaged and asked me to be her photographer! I loved getting to meet her other half, Logan during their engagement session and saw quickly why these two are perfect for each other!

Katie and Logan technically met while they had driver’s ed together in high school even though Logan is the only person who recalls it. About a year later is when Katie says they officially met, when they both walked into orientation together for the same job, little did they know they were meeting their forever person! They didn’t date right away, in fact it wasn’t until Katie’s brother started working at the same place three years later and be-friended Logan that these two finally worked up the courage to begin talking to on another. Soon after, they quickly fell for each other and another three years later they own a home, have three sweet puppies and finally got engaged! Logan proposed to Katie at home (in true fashion of these adorably shy lovebirds) with three large photos of their precious pups with the words “Will you Marry” and then Logan standing next to them. Seriously, how cute is that??

I really enjoyed photographing Katie and Logan. Even though they both told me they could be shy in the photo department, they seemed to open up and really have some fun with each other! I love the way that Logan looks at Katie and how he makes her laugh! I seriously cannot wait for their big day next summer!
