Natalie and Steve are such a perfect match! They both have huge personalities, Natalie’s with a ton of sweetness and attitude and Steve’s full of sarcasm and genuineness. They met a the Globe Tavern, downtown Springfield one evening when Natalie’s mom introduced them. Her first words to him included a sassy comment, he threw one back along with an invitation for a first date.

I loved meeting with Natalie and Steve at the place where it all started, The Globe, to relive some memories and have a pre-engagement session cocktail. We then ventured around downtown Springfield, a city so dear to Natalie’s heart. Lastly, we caught the perfect sunset at Southwind Park. These two had me laughing the whole night despite the ridiculous heat! Natalie prepared the perfect outfits for her and Steve and I loved capturing the love between them!

Steve asked Natalie to marry him last winter during an evening out with friends. He wanted to take a picture in front of the Christmas tree, got down on one knee and asked Natalie to marry him. Hearing the story from them, it sounded like the sweetest engagement! I am excited to share in Natalie and Steve’s intimate wedding day this winter and am so excited for their celebration!
